Questions
Does it submit my bid on e-GP?
No. You still log in to egpkenya.go.ke and upload. Tender Tayari tells you what each upload slot needs, checks expiry dates, fills the forms and numbers your pages. For paper tenders you print the numbered PDF.
Are the forms official?
They follow the wording of the PPRA standard tender documents (Form of Tender as amended by PPRA Circular 02/2022, CBQ, SD1, SD2, Code of Ethics, Certificate of Independent Tender Determination, Tender-Securing Declaration). If a tender attaches its own version of a form, use that version; the answers are the same.
Who sees my documents?
Nobody. Files are read and merged inside your browser. Your company details and expiry dates are stored only on this device.
Is this legal or procurement advice?
No. It is a checklist and form-filling tool. You sign, stamp and submit, and you remain responsible for your bid.
Does it cost anything?
